STEP 1

- Request for switching to UniFi Mobile must be made by the registered owner.
- Make sure your identification details (IC, MyTentera, or Passport Number) are matching the records with your current service provider
STEP 2

- You have to settle all the billed and unbilled charges with your current provider.
- If line is bar, you must make sure it’s active, to check that you try making a quick outgoing call
STEP 3

- You have to make sure there is no contract tied or bundled with your home broadband.
- You can always call your current service provider to check and ungroup the bundle the home fibre if any.
STEP 4

- If it is a family bundle, you must request to switch the whole family numbers to Unifi Mobile.
