Easy Switching Tips
Switch To Unifi Mobile

STEP 1
Request for switching to UniFi Mobile must be made by the registered owner. You must make sure your identification details (IC, MyTentera, or Passport Number) are matching the records with your current service provider


STEP 2
You have to settle all the billed and unbilled charges with your current provider. If line is bar, you must make sure it’s active, to check that you try making a quick outgoing call


STEP 3
You have to make sure there is no contract tied or bundled with your home broadband. You can always call your current service provider to check and ungroup the bundle the home fibre if any.


STEP 4
If it is a family bundle, you must request to switch the whole family numbers to Unifi Mobile. Switch all numbers together under the same order
